this hotel for one the worst service I have ever seen I think they are cutting back in that area big time finding a cocktail waitress is about as common as a royal flush took over an hour on dollar slots to get a drink the bar Rouge took over twenty minutes get a drink and was half empty had to wave arms over head at bartender and the pool forget it your walking and waiting in line lucky to be there when gas leaked out also oh and Diegos mexican the hostess made us wait out in the main hallway for twenty minutes and the place was empty had to find out there was a bar inside by myself good food but $150.00 for three of us think service would be better oh no fans in bathrooms fogged up and no coffee maker never had room without one of those and to find your way out to the strip good luck

A Review From The Aria As Were Living It

We are currently at Aria as i write this. The Penthouse is approximately 1/2 the size we were told it was. The food is inconsistant...we ordered the same food 3 times and it was different all 3 times, both in portions and how it was prepared. Their are burned out lights in the room, a broken mirror, broken decor, the sink doesnt drain properly, the jacuzzi tub doesnt work, the batteries are dead in the cordless phone, the on screen guide for the tv doesnt load most of the time, their are big stains on thesofa, etc...theres alot more i can say but this should be enough. We have called VIP services and gotten no repairs to the tub, the sink, the bulbs, etc.. and they just make excuses for the consistancy in the food blaming it on everything from late deliveries to a new cook. Weve spent $9000.00 in the casino in 7 hours and we get treated like bums off the street.

MGM GRand las vegas not safe place to stay poor security stolen luggage by bellhop

We stayed at MGM grand for a business trip. Our first day there the hotel tub backed up and toilet overflowed. On our last day there we left 4 piece of our luggage with the bellhop. We watched him bungy cord up all 4 of our bags together and we also had opened 2 pieces of our luggage in front of him to take some clothes out. In my bag was a dooney and bourke handbag, glasses, shoes, clothes, jewlery etc. My husband had opened 1 of his bags as well w/ 2 expensive men shoes in it etc. When we went to pick up our luggage these 2 bags out of our 4 bags we suddenly missing. They had no explanation for us. We waited over an hour for a manager to come down and talk to us. Who was horrible by the way no personality and did not even apologize for loosing our bags!!! Currently they say that they are investigating it. I'm demanding a full refund from the hotel of our $2000 of goods stolen from us by this hotel. The idiot at lost and found tried to tell me that the hotel has no surveillance cameras. OMG! In conclusion horrible stay and not a safe place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bellagio - maybe once a great hotel but no longer!

I recently spent three nights at Bellagio and it was one of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. We were put in the West Wing and the hotel rooms were outdated, threadbare, smelled fusty (the corridors to the rooms smelled even worse) and the room was downright dirty with human hairs in the beds, ripped and stained sheets (blood stains and stains I can only imagine the origin of) and a broken and mouldy shower. We complained to the management who were disinterested and bordering on impolite and rude. We demanded moving to a different room which they did but on moving to a second room in the same wing we discoverd that this must be the standard of the rooms in that wing and found the identical dirty conditions. The response to my second complaint by Bellagio personnel was despicable. We finally couldn't take any more after 24 hours in dirty conditions and kicked up a real fuss at the front desk which finally got them to listen and we were moved to a lake view room. Although still outdated, at least this was clean. However, at no point did we get an apology. The hotel accommodation and customer service certainly did not merit a five star rating in any way. Would never return!! Virgin Holidays have agreed to refund our room costs as we took photographic evidence of the appalling conditions.

Nice location and setup.... room was great and just enough for two of us. Dont move any of the over priced snack for more then 30 sec or they will charge you. Simple call fix the issue but senors on snacks is little bit over using technology. Safe is nice, fridge was not opening, even after the call to front desk. Tv channels were limited (worst then home tv). Technology was really nice in the room (one lcd remote controlled the whole room.). Casino is nice since I made enough to cover my stay. Buffet is better then anywhere I have been. Classy restaurant was alright, could be better. Pools are nice but over crowded. Overall the place is great and I will go there again. Just watch out for the rude taxi drivers, I yelled at one for being rude and then asking for a tip.

We upgraded to a Go Room for 11 nights and paid a total of $156.71 at checkout! The front desk staff were the best ever, and I have traveled extensively. We had the view to die for, overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. Do not stay in the Deluxe Rooms. They are old. What I like most about the Flamingo is the easy access to the strip. You don't have to walk forever to get outside to the strip. DO NOT use the lobby telephones. They are a total ripoff and scam! I was charged $20.44 each for two phone calls In which I was never connected to my party. My bank is investigating this. Additionally, when I called my mother collect, the man on the phone asked her for her credit card number when I had already inserted my credit card. My mother said, why do you need my credit card, and then the man hung up. I cannot emphasize enough, DO NOT use the lobby phones inside the Flamingo Hotel! The pool is the best on the entire strip. From midnight to 8:00 a.m., inside the Flamingo Hotel is the BURGER JOINT, where they serve an incredible breakfast for $5.99 or a BURGER and FRIES for $2.00. What a deal this is. Don't even think about staying anywhere else on the strip. Get a GO ROOM upgrade! You'll thank your lucky stars you did.

Always book at a Harrah's Hotel
At a Harrah's HOtel, you pay no RESORT FEES. I will not stay in a hotel that charges a resort fee. They charge $20.00 a night for something that is already included in your stay at a Harrah's Hotel. Always use "PULSE OF VEGAS" for your reservations. It's a Harrah's Hotel website. If booking your reservation for more than 7 days, call reservations at that hotel. You'll get the screen price. Otherwise when you total your stay, you will pay more. Tell reservations at that hotel that you want the price advertised on the calendar at Pulse of Vegas website. Do not upgrade to a Go Room. Do it at the hotel. You'll get a better price. Rather than paying $30.00 for an upgrade to a Go Room at the Flamingo Hotel, you'll pay $25.00 a night for it at the hotel when checking in. One bad thing about checking in at the Flamingo Hotel, it is almost always very long lines. I tried the $50.00 bill sandwich between my credit card and my driver's license but it didn't work for an upgrade to a Go Room. However, when I stayed at the Caesar's Palace last year for 6 nights, I put a $20.00 bill in between my credit card and my driver's license and it worked. We go an incredible palace tower suite with two bathrooms and gigantic jacuzzi tub for a mere $20.00 for 6 nights. That room would have cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars more. The downside of the Caesar's Palace Hotel is that it takes you forever to get outside to the strip. Tons of walking. That's what I like about the Flamingo Hotel. It's easy in and easy out.
you get what you pay for

The stay at this hotel was indeed a great and pleasant stay...for my 3 girls, my husband and myself...the rooms were great better than the room my sister got at the _____ right on the strip...everyone was very nice and helpful..the pool was super clean..they even had music playing which made it much comfortable for my teen girls...And can't forget about the great and delicious steak that we ate there...Wow, It can't compare to the other places I ate....I stayed there for eleven days and will always return and would recommend it to family and friends...Thank You Best Western for your inviting hospitality...from the Sanchez Family...

This was my second stay @ Aria. I tried again because my first stay in Feb did not allow time for them to be together. Well, the room is really nice. Most people are very nice. Nobody, repeat nobody, has any idea what they are doing or where anything is. Beds are great but you can’t get a thing done easily; like safes that don’t work, amenities, bathrobes etc. not there. Overall very frustrating place to stay. Coffee shop is very good and nice as is the cafe at the pool. They are very very slow but maybe some day.

Doors for handicapped did not fully opened the pool area closes at 8pm and they start packing you off by 7 pm. The prices for the snacks are outrageous and few machines to get yourself something to drink like soda and water. Their fancy restaurants like Julian Serrano is very expensive and the food is lousy. The rooms are small and dark with very little space to move around. No starbucks anywhere in the shopping center or hotel and their coffe is not very good to say the least. We went to pick up relatives and stay with them and were very disappointed. We have lived and worked in the Hotel industry for over 40 years and were ashamed of what it could have been a great vacation to our relatives. Saving grace was Red Rock hicking and maybe Mt. Charleston...

This hotel was everything you could want in a vegas hotel.... the view was breathtaking, the staff was helpful and wonderful. The rooms were big, comfortable and had everything you could want! Mirage is right in the middle of everything on the strip. The inside was clean, the atrium was beautiful and the volcano was awesome!

We'll be going back to Vegas & when we do, it's back to the Mirage!! :)
Don't forget a Cirque Show, they are a must (Penn & Teller too!)!!

We have always stayed at Flamingo in the past and really enjoyed it. This trip was terrible. Going up the elevator we noticed it was very dirty. We got to our room and unpacked. Carpet was dirty. The room had a stinch smell. Went to use the toilet and it backed up. I called the manager and he said he would have someone right up to take care of it. Housekeeping came and had to call engineering. It took almost an hour for him to come and unstopped toilet and have the restroom cleaned. Room service would leave dirty dishes on service tray outside rooms for days. I finally called to have them pick it up. Our friends went into their room and noticed the sheets looked slept on. They pulled back the sheets and their was food in the bed. A lady was checking out and looked under her bed to see if she had left anything, and saw plates of old food and an ashtray slung under her bed. I noticed a waitress woman bar tender take a used glass and wipe clean with a rag and pour wine into the glass and re served. When she noticed I was looking, she went and got some clean wine glasses but continued to use the dirty glass. The college age group out numbered the middle age group that use to stay there. I think this will be our last stay at Flamingo.

Decided to check out the Aria since we've already tried almost all the hotels on the strip. We usually like to stay at the Wynn but decided to give it a try because they had some great offers. I've read mixed reviews about the hotel and we wanted to try it out for ourselves. We arrived around 11am and managed to get a room right away, we were a little disappointed with the view since it faced Vdara so we called the front desk and someone came up with a key to a new room. We checked into our new room and view was great this time. Everything in the rooms is new and fresh after all the hotel is brand new and we really liked the contemporary styling.

Casino was great, for those who like to play Texas Holdem poker there are enough tables for everyone, no need to wait in line forever like at the Wynn which was really great. We loved the restaurants, yes they are a little expensive but the food was simply amazing! Probably the best pasta I ate in my life, so it was well worth the price in my opinion. The sandwich shop at the casino level was also amazing and reasonably priced, and the chocolates ohh my god you have to try them out. Pool didn't feel crowded at all with lots of places to find some shade. Over all we had a great time and will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel our entire trip. It was nothing but a problem. First we were taking a shower and the water went out and we had shampoo in our hair. we called front desk and they told us to use bottle water to get the shampoo out of our hair they came up with 5 small bottles of water and we asked them why the water was out and they said this happens every day due to the fire department. that pissed us off because they should of notified us before this happens so we called front desk to ask if they do this the next morning to let us know then front desk tells us a different story that it was a emergency and a pipe broke in the hotel. after this happened front desk walks right in on us and i am fully naked they didnt even knock or anything. priior to that we get wake up by loud banging on our hotel window because of someone washing the windows. i would never stay here again and made our first trip to vegas not so good.

You can stay at this hotel fairly cheap total cost a night $30 Internet is extra it costs about $14 a day. Beware in the casino I was scammed $70 at this hotel it was mostly my fault for allowing this to happen but that is why I am writing this a guy staying locally in vegas gave me a hot tip to make a bet for me while we were hanging out together he said he made the bets for me he did not and kept my money! When I told security at the hotel they told me I was scammed but they did not ask me to fill a report, the next day another shift they questioned me why I did not fill out a report. It all got resolved but I still did not get my money back! Stay away from the nascar cafe the food is HORRIBLE and the service is not good the caravan cafe is good and the other house of lords is very good. You will pay $1.80 for one krispy kreme donut two donuts and a large coffee will cost you over $6 breakfast at the caravan for one person will average around $12 plus your tip. I made a phone call to carmel ca 37 minutes the hotel wanted me to pay $70 in the hotel room it did state $1 for long distance call but they did not specify additional charge $2 a minute. A lot of hookers hang out at this hotel its run down the pool is not heated so if its in the low 60s or 70s the water is FREEZING. House keeping cleaned my room did not clean the toilet properly stains on the carpet I was gambling in the casino on the slot machines not once did the cocktail girl ask if I wanted a drink ( I think they were short handed ) Its a no thrill hotel all I can say is be careful in this hotel

This was our first stay at the Mandalay Bay and we had the best time ever. Everything was excellent from the restaurants to the amazing pool area. I was very impressed with the room, we got upgraded to a suite for free thanks to the promotion we used. The room was huge and we had an amazing view of the strip. Staff was very helpful and solved any issue we had. We spent most of our time lounging at the wave pool and eating at the restaurants inside the hotel (there's a large variety) we wanted to try them all but didn't have enough time. I recommend the breakfast at the House of Blues and if you like Sushi then you should definitely check out "RM Seafood" probably the best Sushi we ever had. We will surely be back, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

For an amazing view of the strip check out the "Mix Lounge" at THEHotel
View the strip from the 64th floor of the THEHotel (adjacent to the Mandalay Bay) the best time in my opinion would be in the early evening. This way you get to view the sunset and right after you can see the strip come to life when all the lights are turned on throughout the strip. Truly an amazing view.

Bad experience with housekeeping. Had a bag go missing from the room. We mentioned something to the front desk. Later the housekeeper confronted us in the hallway in front of other guests - made an issue out of it. Also our bed was not made and garbage not taken out, yet the empty bottles were always taken. Hotel staff does not seem to want to acknowledge our concern over things. Won't go back

Please stay at this hotel you will love it! The staff are so friendly & efficient - nothing was too much trouble. Our Deluxe room was spacious, quiet & comfortable. Th Bellagio buffet is the best we have tried - and we've done them all. The pools are fantastic and the poolside cafe serves the best high end hot dogs. Treat yourself to a Peach/Mango Bellini while you soak up the desert sun & watch all the beautiful people. You may need to save up though to use the gym - $25 for hotel guests!?! We jogged the strip instead!
